We recently held a special class where we invited parents to train alongside their children in aid of the KUGB's chosen charities for this year, Guide Dogs for the Blind and Northeast sight matters.

Well done to everyone that got involved. In total we raised £541.

Sensei Thomas has just returned from representing England at this years ESKA European Championships in Spain.

In the individuals he fought his way through to the 1/4 finals again just getting pipped in the final seconds of the fight.

In the team event he and his teammates had the crowd on the edge of their seats with some nail biting performances, eventually getting to the the final where they overcame a very strong Hungarian team. Beating them 3 nil to become EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS

We recently attended the KUGB National Youth Championships in Liverpool.

We opened this opportunity to represent the club to all our squad members and development squad members.
With everyone giving their best, with some outstanding performances and experience gained.

A special mention to Olly Hayward on becoming our newest National Champion.
