Shotokan has spread to become the most widely practised style of Karate throughout the world
Its structured training system creates self-discipline and improves behaviour in many aspects of peoples lives as well as developing fitness strength and suppleness

A couple of weeks ago we had our Annual awards presentation and family fun day!

Nearly 300 members and their families came together to celebrate an amazing last 12 months.

Well done to everyone for all your hard work.
