Its structured training system creates self-discipline and improves behaviour in many aspects of peoples lives as well as developing fitness strength and suppleness

Well done to all those squad members that travelled to Chesterfield for the National Youth and Students Championships yesterday. The standard of competition was very high. See below results

Some fantastic results but the results aren’t as important as the experience that is gained from getting up in front of judges and a crowd to perform.
So on that note we'd like to congratulate all those that competed and represented the club. 

We'd also like to thank Emma, Stuart and all the parents for taking time out of their weekend to coach and support everyone.
