Shotokan Cup 2023

Shotokan has spread to become the most widely practised style of Karate throughout the world

Its structured training system creates self-discipline and improves behaviour in many aspects of peoples lives as well as developing fitness strength and suppleness

Well done to everyone that was selected to represent the club at this year’s Shotokan Cup in Grantham.

As usual our team performed and represented the club impeccably.
