KUGB Shotokan Cup 2021

Shotokan has spread to become the most widely practised style of Karate throughout the world

Its structured training system creates self-discipline and improves behaviour in many aspects of peoples lives as well as developing fitness strength and suppleness

Sunday we took a small but very spirited team to the KUGB Shotokan Cup in Chesterfield.
Everyone gave a fantastic account of themselves again

Also a special mention for Thomas, Aman and Ayla who reached the semifinals in their Kata events
